What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash.

Is everything in stock?

Most of our products we endeavour to keep in-stock; however, from time to time our products may be low on stock or require a special order. In these cases we will try to get them them in for you as quickly as possible. Most low stock items and special order products are available within 24 hours to 10 days at the store or for shipping.

Do you provide installation?

We do not provide installation. However, we will gladly refer you to a reputable installer.

Do you have a return policy?

Unopened boxes and items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Returns over $200 are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee. Special orders, setting materials, grouts, cut products and items designated as clearance are not returnable.

How are your prices so low?

Through our relationships with distributors, importers and manufacturers, we have access to discounted products such as clearance items, cancelled orders, and discontinued merchandise. By building our inventory this way, we're able to provide an incredible selection at amazing prices.
